Program Description
Hybrid is where strength meets skill. Inspired by functional training and built in-house, our programme develops muscle, core strength, conditioning, and movement mastery - all delivered in focused, periodised blocks. We’ve removed high-skill gymnastics like bar muscle-ups and snatches to keep sessions accessible, challenging, and empowering for all levels. Fundamentals must be completed before joining due to technical barbell work.
