Fundamentals is a three-session, one-to-one course designed to set you up for success. We cover barbell technique, breathing, muscle engagement, and the foundations of strong, safe movement - all while building real confidence in our space. Before stepping into group training, you’ll feel skilled, prepared, and empowered. The feedback has been incredible, with many long-term PT clients saying this course delivered more progress in three hours than years of previous training.
