Program Description

HONEY is our women’s-only weightlifting class. Designed to empower women through strength training, focused on building confidence, mastering barbell technique, and developing total-body strength in a supportive, all-female environment. This class won't make you bulky, its intelligently programmed to help you build a body you love.
